After they long dewhipped him for backing ODM and Handshake. Osotsi was also long kicked out as member and deputy party leader.. but is still party Nominated MP.

After Osotsi expulsion now Savula is ANC deputy party leader. On ANC files but not at registrar of parties. I think the term "party leader" is really abused - how can a fool like Rectangular be party leader? complete with a deputy. A nominated MP as "Deputy Party Leader"  :o

The threshold should be parliamentary parties - which is 5% of elected MPs per NA Standing Order Number 2. Only Jubilee, ODM and Wiper qualify to have party leaders bedsides the chair, secretary and other established offices.
