Yup. Governors on the wrong side are hiding in Handshake/BBI... Ngilu is quite crafty. She been leading delegations to Raila office - so expect her to be rescued by Senate.
-
She has looted the county and is off EACC radar due to BBI and handchieth - she just sacrificed some staff.
Malombe had set up all the structures and was getting to work but he could not march Ngilu's politics. Administrative structures; Donors (Ngilu has chased nearly all donors from Kitui unless you channel funds through her office), Markets, vented and non vented drifts all over the rivers and the crazy rough Kitui terrain.
-
Interesting. Kalonzo the weakling is to blame.

Impeachment at county level needs to be made harder. Otherwise governors will br bullied ovyo ovyo

and impunity should thrive? law must apply, fair and square. what many governors have been demanding in kenya, in terms pf pecks, glory and functioning above the law, is preposterous

Other than waitina in kiambu no one else has lost power. Without courts wwitina would be still the governor of kiambu
