Beutiful. I am falling deeply in love with devolution everyday. If we can get a government which supports devolution and so that it is not frustrated but supported, Kenya would develop very quickly. We have all the right ingredients, all we need now are leaders who are committed to devolution and we can tweek it and fix it so that it works better for everybody.

Yes, devolution all the way.

Why exactly would some people want to kill this devolution thing?
