^^^ This is far worse, very regressive tax. If you want to preserve Kenya's forest cover, VAT should be at 2% on alternatives to charcoal and wood. They are running out of things to tax, one is reminded of Louis XVI's France, taxes, taxes and endless taxes. All so they can put money in to the pockets of slanty devils. The budget shows treasury mandarins have not appreciated the Covid shit and how it will sweep them off their feet. It is surprising Wanjohi is just thinking like Magufuli or Nkrunziza who was hacked by the virus.
