Look like he is gone..but signatures are easy to gather - the actual vote is where rubber normally meat the road.

The dicey nature of “numbers” in politics. The Judases will risk nothing when their cheese is threatened.

precisely. Uhuru will toy with nominated senators then throw them under the bus at full speed. Uhuru 'malisa' kabisa

Ruto seem to have decided to let Uhuru has is way - so he doesn't turn around and claim - he got blocked - to deliver his legacy.
So it very likely Ruto will continue to let Uhuru "win".

Kindiki is a made man not like lusakas...... and other flimsy kalenjins(btw am shocked kalenjins can be Easily bought for a few peanuts) fake warriors. Kindiki is comfortable with the outcome so no bother but at end of day Ruto still commands GEMA. Corona money is being poured to sabotage pro Ruto elected people in mt. Kenya, we are yet to see if they will bankrupt the country on this. Odomos are happy yapping and supporting the bhang smokers but the effects will be felt by all there is No economy to be left.

I think Uhuru will lose a good chunk of Meru goodwill even if he replaced him with another Meru. It’s insulting taking down their Crown Jewels. Remember how hard he had to work to prevent them from going to Babu? This a brainless move.
As for Omanga, I don’t blame her. She has zero skills to her name so how would she go back to pre-nomination broke ass life?
-
Isn't Kindiki the guy who went to the UK to protect Yagnesh Devani, because the "prison conditions in Kenya were bad"? They probably have a file ten miles long on the man.

I expect Maoko Maore, Kawira Mwangaza and other Handshake Merus to be propped up in National Assembly committees in the ongoing purge. Probably another CS besides Munya - from Tharaka. There are only 2 Meru senators both Tangatanga so Uhuru has no wiggle room there.

Ruto phantom "numbers" go MIA... 51 senators sign up to sack Tharaka dwarf as deputy speaker

Kenyan Mpigs (including Senate) are hynenas. Anyone who expects loyalty from them should just recall how many have abandoned Raila to join the Ruling power in each election cycle. In fact, it's a miracle Waititu did what he did. That's out of character for these folks, whose number one concern is to keep eating, regardless of who is in power. He must've done it out of some miscalculation, not honor or loyalty.
-
Millicent Omanga has no options. First, should she not sign, then they will chase her out of Jubilee. She's vulnerable because she is Nominated . Second, she won't affect anything even if she doesn't sign. Uhuru branch of Jubilee is not exactly into practising democracy and or following rules. We are officially into ruling by decrees. and enforcing everything by decree. In that scope, she won't be very smart.
Third, should they succeed and hound her out of Nominated Senator then her replacement will of course be someone fully against TangaTanga.
Her sacrifice is not necessary at the moment.
FINALLY, if i was Kindiki i would gladly resign and let them install whoever Uhuru wants. No need to fight. Uhuru's anger would lack anywhere to land. He would be deflated.
Similarly TangaTanga should just support whoever Uhuru wants. And whoever he doesn't want they resign. Then they support his agenda (whatever it is) APART FROM THE HAREBRAINED SCHEMES TO IMPEACH SOMEONE.
And then Uhuru would say he's fighting who and for what? We just need to run down the clock mpaka when Raila also lose hope of any constitutional amendments and realize he will be facing Ruto under the current set up. At that point, Uhuru will be ignored by everyone including ODM. And Ruto sleep walk to State House.

Your plan depends on the rule of law. Without Raila's protests and populism, I don't see how you're going to stall a government showing its finger to the law. We had the IEBC head in charge of the election software murdered days to the election and a case about that software and servers that have never been opened to anyone to this day, and very soon after, threats to that court, including the murder of the DCJ's bodyguard (or driver?). If these are the guys threatening your Millicent Omangas into shameless capitulation, why can't they illegally amend the constitution with state machinery, Corona, and 2 whole years of mischief? It's these same Mpigs and no other who will push/fast-forward BBI amendments. They sure love money but their behinds even more.
-
That is a strong point. There has to be a way of buying time. Or ways of separating Uhuru and Raila from each other. The worst thing is they amend Constitution.
But there are signs that things are not so rosy; their attempt to form GNU is not going well. And MaDvD has already completely abandoned it. It is easy to go "go for the kill" but sharing that kill is huge problems. That greediness may eventually buy time; and once Corona lockdown ends TangaTanga can utilize its mass popularity going once more..

That seems Ruto strategy. Uhuru is looking for cheap excuses that he was blocked from performing. So better give him everything. Parliament is only useful if you have power. If you don't have power - they really don't help you much.So Jubilee should support him for another year - and then next year it's the campaign season - everyone for himself.
Jubilee should keep hitting at Raila.

Ruto has no strategy. If this wa Moi ruto would be dead. He is so stupid. How do you working with minions like Ichungwa and Nyoro. He needs a real network. A network with deep roots in civil service, intelligence and private sector. Uhuru people can kill ruto tomorrow and face no repercussions because Ruto is a idiot to challenge the govt unprepared and half arse. If you have watched Gang turf wars, once you decided to go to war you make sure you fire the first and deadly shot or you will have your family close the casket
-
Murkomen and Kihika Susan withdraw case at high court.
Seem Ruto strategy is to avoid a confrontation with Uhuru as much as possible.

There is a reason why Raila has not achieved much despite his potential and Luo 100% loyalty. Ruto has that thing missing in Raila. He is tactical and strategic. You expected Raila but Ruto has played this for like 2yrs like a real pro. Even in Mau Narok evictions - when they evicted 60,000 people - Ruto told them to lie low - and he bought them so land.
Uhuru strategies are in a fix because Ruto is not giving them any space.
Only weakness Ruto has is the jealous NASA brigade. Otherwise left on his own - he'd finish Uhuru and his kamikaze gov.

Ruto is getting knocked all over like a bitch. He has no strategy. He has spent 2 years thinking he had uhuru on the ropes and just 4 months of Uhuru crackdown has him confused

Waititu and mlolongo MPs such as Kuria, Ichung’wa, Ndindi Nyoro are paid hefty retainers so Ruto can maintain the “popular in Mt Kenya” fiction. As the unbeatable facade shutters and jumping ship to URP2 there will be few takers outside Kalenjin. Only a suicidal GEMA will go with Ruto. Kihika can go and survive on Kalenjin. Waititu quit Tangatanga for KANU. There is grapevine he could be back soon as CAS under the Gideon-Uhuru deal. He will be a fierce Uhuru dog to crash Ruto in Mt Kenya. :D These are mercenaries.

Kisii lawmakers abandon Ruto, say they don’t support Tangatanga
https://standardmedia.co.ke/article/2001372220/two-kisii-mps-distance-themselves-from-dp-ruto#
These Peters are recanting their fake Jesus fast & furious it so comical
“I am a strong supporter of the government of President Uhuru Kenyatta. I am not in Tangatanga; even the president knows that I support the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) 100 per cent,” said Mr Machogu.
Mr Oyioka shared similar remarks, stating that he supports Mr Kenyatta’s agenda in Parliament.
“I was not elected on Jubilee but I fully support the president’s agenda. The fact that I attended a fundraiser which was also attended by DP Ruto does not mean that I am in his camp,” he said.
The MPs were previously among the vocal supporters of the DP, but have since shifted alliance in the face of the ongoing political realignments.
