Yep. This is Trojan 2.0 ... Mobutu didn’t learn from his past misadventures. Nothing is new - the treachery, Jubilee implosion, the eviction, etc. It all happened before in Kanu, ODM, UDM. This phony genius is actually slow- witted.

 :D Mobutu was pathologically obsessed with what he considered order.  If you understand French, you should watch some of his videos on youtube.  Order was when he could loot in peace without annoying noises.
