Wait a minute. He is not presciding over her trial. Not sure if it a crime to bang a crime suspect if you are a judge.

The Judiciary esp Maraga is always blaming DPP for prosecuting "weak" cases. Yet now it turns out however hard the DPP prosecutes his case against the defence, the Chambers (which comprise the Judges) are a cartel actively sabotaging those efforts, lending clandestine support to the defence when they should use the evidence to serve Justice. What kind of insensitive human beings are these... and for what? Some are so old even Viagara wouldn't help.
