Update:
Moses Kuria say his security has been withdrawn -both in Gatundu and Nairobi residence and now the legislator fears his life his in danger. The officers according to the MP received orders to immediately report to Nairobi for deployment.
“I am not going to be cowed. My press conference tomorrow is on as schedule. Say the truth and the truth shall set you free. Kenyans must know who killed Musando”, he added.

I cannot forget Moses Kuria's comments after the "dissapperance" of Chris Msando. Kuria knew the man had been sent to his maker but he allowed himself to be misused by the murderers of Msando.
People like Moses Kuria thought they would be in the good books of the regime forever. Now the same dirty tactics that they defended are being used to torment them.

I don't think he knew - he won't have made such a statement.I think he innocently rushed to the car and thought he had made a discovery. Assassination like those are not revealed to windbag like Moses Kuria . Sometimes don't allow too much politics to mess your objectivity.

You could have a point, but his naivity is his ignorance. Had the state seriously wanted to solve the murder of Chris Msando, Kuria would had been on the list of the persons to be investigated mainly due to his ignorance.
Also he never retracted his statements after the truth came out. First thing he should have done is apologise to the bereaved family. Kuria in his arrogance continued with his life like nothing ever happened.

Kuria has been bragging about Msando death. I am told by a mca candidate that he was openly bragging about this during a jubilee candidates retreat. Kuria like mutahi ngunyi is a home guard uncle Tom asslicker uncouth court jester

I understand Kuria announced at the beginning of the year that he was keeping off social media apart from WhatsApp. The Facebook Post may therefore be a hoax.
Second, usefulness of Kuria is political noise. Which is his right and his job as an MP. I doubt he has anything about Msando's death apart from run of the mill rumours. Because SERIOUSLY if he ACTUALLY knew of a conspiracy involving Govt officials/goons he would be dead. No loose mouth like Kuria would be left to hop from one club to another telling stories. Period. What I dont understand is why Ruto had to stage some invasion in Sugoi to deflect Msando murder? This was a jubilee sanctioned murder that must have been discussed by several people.

Kuria is reading the kikuyu youth revolt against Uhuru. He wants to ride this sentiment to maintain his seat. In central there 3 groups ..anti ruto, pro Uhuru and neutral..the neutral groups are in areas that it is hard to make it twice in parliament or urban counstiuencies where alliances are mixed and fluid. Kuria has been sent 2 "coded" messages by Uhuru - first the Ichaweri women demo, then the arraignment for assault. Next he will have CDF or KRA problems and his petrol stations will be shut down. Kinoti's Sting Squad is unlikely to be deployed due to the political temperatures. But he has no backbone to sustain a war of attrition against Uhuru. Only Raila can stand that.

Lol patel. It is not easy to decipher Kuria's gameplan from his antics. Being from Uhuru backyard you'd expect him to be the court jester and not the bumbling old fool Murathe. There is zero chance he can beat the Wa Irias, PKs even if were Uhuru to retire. He's not naive enough to back Ruto for nothing. Unless he is pocketing serious cash I don't get him. A former PNU, TNA psycophant - once his pocket is squeezed he will take an about turn. He could be milking both sides by upping his asking price to defect.
