Yep.  Distraction attempt from what is turning out to be a damaging impeachment impasse over which Pelosi wields the cards.  He as Like six tweets accusing Obama of exactly this(attacking Iran to win re-election). 

Hopefully Iran does not take the bait and let him flail his to election defeat.

Pastor am afraid these are very silly miscalculations by the Dotard.  Yet it won't even redeem him in Washington. The US will not go to war with Iran and this does more for the ayatollahs than Trump. Either they will chase the Marines out of Iraq or milk big political favors from the EU.

bitmask should crudely armed mobs make another run on the Embassy the US is practically powerless. They cannot have a mass shooting so it would be another '79 hostage crisis. This is everything bluster and drones cannot resolve. Obama must be really amused.

This is actually the new KPI of the Soleimani successor. The marines are out - Boris called the Iraqi PM yesterday to plead his case against troop expulsion separately. This was a big thoughtless blunder.

A real nose-bleed that will backfire for Trump everywhere. If he escalates a war can't win, still stuck in Libya and Afghanistan, he will be battered on the campaign trail. He turns the other chic it's clear egg in the face. US will at least lose the Marine base in Iraq. They might add dumbness to the articles of impeachment.

After killing Saddam, Ghadaffi, Osama am yet to see a peace divident.  I only see promises of more chaos, instability, and blood.

I’m hearing this thing was coordinated deescalation. A relatively harmless offensive. Iran struck tents where there were plenty of buildings. It was meant to save face at home without provoking vengeance on the US side

I think Iran is no Afghanistan or Syria. They have ballistic missiles with infinite targets in ME( remember they struck Saudi refineries and nobody saw nothing) If there was an all out war trust me Iran would loose but after wasting trillions of US resources in ME

You are so naive. China and Russia secretly provide Iran with tech to keep the US chasing its tail. It is not Iran but China and Russia that ths US would be fighting. Iran knows this and can give the US a bloody nose with impunity.

So believe me - if the GoP thought Trump is dumb enough they would back Polisi Pelosi and shackle him over Iran.
