Hi all, hope your vacations are going well ! I'm loving mine ... came back from my cruise but I'm off again in a couple days, just enough time to do the laundry and pack again ... anyway I'd like to share some snaps ... me feeding pawpaw to 250 year old turtle, virtual chefs making dinner - so much fun ! but didn't touch the kuku, glassboat kayaking, helicopter ride ... lots of snorkeling! trying to live life to the fullest, given how fast it flies. Hope all are enjoying your vacations.

I went to the Pacific Islands ... so Vanuatu and New Caledonia. My favorite island was Mystery island, Vanuatu. New Caledonia I felt was kind of dangerous for snorkeling, lots of sea snakes, jelly fish and sharks. I thought the sea snakes were pretty scary. . scarier than sharks.

Yup :D slices of paw paw.
I had a private local driver/guide who took me to her sanctuary. The locals have made a beautiful sanctuary for her and take good care of her.
She is magnificent. She watched me carefully from a distance before approaching me, sniffed my hand before plowing down on the paw paw slices. 8)

Aww. My Remi passed of carbon sequelae. We used to feed her berries.

Nice. The kayaks look like fun. I’d pass on the chopper flight though 🙈.

Termi, the kayaking was way too much work. I knew I'd be terrible at it but there were chics worse than me, squealing with huffs and puffs miles behind me in their string bikinis. That's when I realised I'd reached menopause .. particularly at the point when I could see my dimpled biceps flapping in the wind. .. those chics had drifted out into the sea and had to be rescued by those jamas in the photo whereas I quietly paddled back to shore to start the next task.
The chopper was amazing ! Loved it ! I want to learn how to fly one, felt like driving in the air. Would be nice to fly to work and I've enquired with HR about investing in helipads to get to work faster .. I'd rather fly than drive to work.

Remi was my peafowl. She died last month. Now Rubi and Esmi are dating again. Turts, torts and peacocks have very similar diets.
2019 has been way too much fun... save for the fires. Couldn't take any more of the beach; just cozied up with family up in OC over barbecues. Happy holidays veri. No, we don't believe you're anywhere near menopause.
