Thanks. This one will go direct to dustbin. Just too many recommendations and Uhuru has no follow up ability - and with Raila failing to get a system he wants - this could be dead on arrival.

That's for the best. No need of a "PM" which is just Duale. They should have settled on devolution and NHC changes. Let's see if the women can push for the DG carrot.

Why only DG for women? We also have women as governor. Must the deputy then be a man?
I think that is too rigid. Best would have been at least for governor, DG and speaker of the county assembly one has to be of different gender. This would fulfill the one third rule.
