Title: New bridge over Likoni channel to gobble up Sh210 billion

The Likoni Gate Bridge, which is expected to ease passenger and vehicular crossings over the dreaded Likoni channel in Mombasa, will cost a staggering Sh210 billion, documents seen by the Saturday Nation show.

The bridge will also, technically, not be on the Likoni crossing as many had expected, but on the wider Mtongwe passage west of Likoni, towards the Kilindini port.

Cargo cult and Mega projects. This explains why the poor lady and her child are still under water. Uhuruto presidency is a curse.

Baseless propaganda. Japan (JICA) are financing this.
1)88b ksh is the total loan for Likoni and Dong Kundu SEZ
2)Likoni bridge aka Mombasa bridge in 46b ksh.
3)Likoni bridge is 1.4km long and about 10 km if you include the support and feeder roads which is what this project is
