Shollei if she had not engaged in graft would long have delivered this...but better late than never.

That too is long overdue - I doubt our police are keen on any transparency.

Matiang'i and Mutyambai need to do this.. i think they are afraid of resistance or sabotage by cops.

They can start by lower hanging fruits like a few stations but you need someone like Glady shollei who understands tech and security

Our people really love to go big or bust.  Some of these things could have been implemented incrementally long ago without any fanfare.

Shollei couldn't survive JSC onslaught... professional chaps. how would she manage cops? You need Matiang'i with PORK and MPs support. The current political atmosphere wouldn't allow it.

Matiangi has Uhuru support..fullstop.He has no respect from fellow colleagues which explains why his attempt to supervise died

I don't know what private 411 you have about the failure of Matiang'i as supervisor. There's nothing of the sort in the news. Anyway police fall squarely in interior docket. It a monumental task to digitize police records. Sabotage would be the biggest headache.

Police is really low hanging fruits for digitization. They will sabotage it but it's good to start.
