Less than a year after purchasing. How come the maintence was never factored in the finance planing?

Everything uhuru touches turn to dust. ...really sad.
These buses are operated by NYS, they have a state of art mechanical engineering/mechanic school, how hard is it to fix a bus?  Project manager responsible should be fired.

There’s no policy on public transportation years after independence
