Title: Negroes Owned Negro Slaves

What do I know,

I just learnt that negroes owned slaves,not many but they did own slaves for all sorts of reasons

Not surprising.  I mean if there were Free Negroes, they likely would have been able to partake in the slave economy too.  These guys might have been even worse masters; think antebellum Clarence Thomas.
