I agree, pipedreams that GoK has no capacity to achieve. Stop hogging capital and let the private sector lead growth. Wajenge angalau irrigation scheme ama dam. Universal health and food security is what Uhuru can hope to call legacy. To overburden the tiny working class who already pay 50% tax is big injustice.
