It's sad that so much is going down the drain. Folk will cry in the washrooms (kioro). Jubilee's Big Faux agenda (housing) is tanking housing/real estate. Ironically, Uhuru is not even pushing the housing joke beyond the websites and political ratings. FKE has resisted the hut tax nicely and Kenyans are not buying. Can you imagine you're forced to fork out cash but when it comes to allocating beneficiaries they tell you it's a lottery?

Yes Big 4 housing has either the ability to kill or make the real estate. There is wait-n-see as people wait for Chinese to come and build cheap housing. Uhuru without bulldoze like Ruto coordinate multi-agencies needed to make this a sucess may end up with a egg on his face - no Big 4 legacy.

There is a fickle argument that Suraya's fortunes tanked when Uhuruto took the reins but were soaring under Kibaki. I don't think so. Their flagship project, Fourways Junction is being auctioned or so I hear. Looks like they were rotten from the start and it's our that it took long to unravel.
The lady in the clip is complaining that their houses were to be ready in 2014. I don't think Uhuru had dealt any damage to the sector in the first year of his term ,if he ever hid.
