Even more dumber for listing Raila as key witness - who didn't turn up in goat.

He could be dumb, but he told us we will pay billions for air in Anglo Leasing schemes and we called him names. To date Kenya has paid over 50B Ksh. for receiving air. And more is still to come.

Githongo Dossier is the subject.
Murungaru argued that he is clean and his reputation irreparably damaged by Githongo’s hearsay
Githongo’s defense was:
1. Murungaru had no reputation because he had been named in the scandal
2. Githongo addressed the dossier to the president so he was not responsible for its dissemination in the media
Court found that Githongo went beyond doing the dossier and he actively disseminated it offering interview right left and center, and he had no proof of nothing
