Ruto has a criminal record - paid 5M fine for robbing Adrian Muteshi of his land during PEV. I am not sure if it is enough to bar him - but the integrity bar is a real rungu Uhuru can wield. it remains a very bad idea to pick a long drawn out fight with PORK.

There are indeed some rungus. Entrenched in the constitution. The kind that can be wielded shamelessly with a holier than thou attitude. At the end of the day, what IEBC says stays that way.

Muteshi was civil case... honestly you need to concentrate on tech stuff.

Maina kiai took this to supreme court.Dead issues.They are going to try say Ruto has served two terms as deputy president and so is ineligible.The only way to block Ruto apart from killing or making go mad or bankrupt..is to jail him for abuse of office and make sure all appeals and reviews are heard before 22nd August 2022.They know Ruto is running circles around them countrywide and can match dollar to dollar....so their options are limited.The only way to pry away gema is by inciting tribal hate btw Kalenjin and Kikuys with dire consequences...so they ain't doing that.Kikuyus are not ready to sacrifices their relatives life and properties in a scheme that make no sense.Too much a price to pay to make Raila Pork Ruto might have stolen...but he knows how to steal and wash money..Ruto has been in thick of things with Moi.Only rookies get caught.

Dynasty has sensed defeat, they are desparate and in panic mode. Kumira Kumira thuraku has refused to fall in formation. Dynasty has latched into Weston hotel being on public land can they tell us how Agha Khan built his hotel in Uhuru park, could it be because Agha khan gave Kenyatta his house next to statehouse?
