Looks like Tanga Tanga propaganda. Nothing came out of the Harambee Annex lunch despite all the noise to milk the photo op. Ruto rebels got to stand down without egg in the face. Ati they planned to heckle Uhuru next week :o would there be an easier own goal ever?

Despite the "peace lunch" Uhuru was back to full swing anti-graft war yesterday. Lecturing and dressing down folks. By the way he also met Raila the same day.

Uhuru to DP Ruto: I am sorry, I am just doing my job

President Uhuru Kenyatta on Friday backed DCI George Kinoti's onslaught against corrupt individuals, insisting that the war must be won no matter the resistance from a section of politicians.
In the recent weeks, DP William Ruto and a section of politicians allied to his camp, have removed their gloves, accusing Kinoti of being used by his opponents to block his 2022 presidential bid.
But at Nairobi on Friday, Uhuru said he's confident with the strides achieved so far, adding that the fight against corruption will not stop until it's intended purpose is achieved.
It is not me
corruption has been identified as a stumbling block towards achieving prosperity and equality. Again there is no politics there
let us allow the agencies to do their work. Let us not turn this to community fights, to individual fights, the Head of State said.
He accused politicians of politicising his efforts, seemingly DP William Ruto and his camp, adding that no community is targeted in the graft purge.
