You don't go to Ruto house to do that. You summon Ruto to your office and do it. I am told Ruto refused to attend Magoha swearing in. Uhuru knew things needed cooling down. Smart leader do that. If he was Raila - he would already have send Kibera goons to eject Ruto from Harambee Annex.
Ruto is applying subtle pressure on Uhuru to cut Raila off. That pressure is coming from Jubilee and GEMA people. The RVs are also sending warnings. Uhuru will crack trust me...and Raila & his groupies will be send to siberia.
Already they've tied themselves nicely....they are now under the mercy of Uhuru. Who will join his Okoa rallies next? Anyway I think Uhuru still need 1yr with Raila - but Ruto convinced him that Raila is done - he will kick him out.

He probably went there and Raila has probably been invited to go drink and smoke with Uhuru. Obviously Uhuru knows who he is dealing with - so why not enjoy himself - and give them enough rope. He probably told him huyu Ruto mwizi siyo? heh? mimi na baba tuko pamoja heh?. Orengo is damaging the handshake and giving Jubilee the excuse they need to cut it off. It akin to Jaramogi being rehabilitated by Moi in 1980s and 2yrs later starting to bad-mouth Jomo Kenyatta who was long dead. Doesn't look good for both. ODM gets the upper hand and moral authority to say the looters have ganged up again. Recently, Pundit was telling us GEMA had rebelled against muthamakism to support their man. Now we can apply the same principle assuming it was true. GEMA will rebel again like Maina Kamanda said.

There is no Jubilee but feuding factions - what is their stand on say war on corruption or referendum? 8) What does Jubilee stand for - is it a conservative, nationalist or liberal party? Any uniting factors besides the looting extravaganza? And just 2 years old yet already seriously fractured? ODM is better any day - Ruto or Uhuru has never run a successful political party.

If you ask a blind, deaf and dumb person what is Jubilee? -what prominent feature really stands out? They went to "study" ANC or Cuba and China Communist party... they found these parties purge the corrupt often and ruthlessly - they are about to hung Zuma. That's where the experiment ended.

In Kenya, the real test of a party's staying power is how long it remains viable when out of power. In that sense I can't think of many outside ODM. Jubilee has not been out of power yet. It was formed to retain power for kamwana. One could also argue that it was made for the hustler's 2022 run, but recent history challenges that notion. I have no reason to think it will not go the way of PNU and other briefcase parties once the singular purpose it was formed for has come to pass.

It not big - it been a freaking tyranny - so much the opposition has basically capitulated - and we might be going into one-party state - for all intent & purpose. The extra punch is attributable to unyielding ambitions of William Ruto to control the political space. Be very afraid when Ruto will be PORK. Opposition will only exists in fringe parties.

The jury is out on this; Few here concur the opposition capitulated. With it a fierce and potent clique - Tanga Tanga aka Washenzi - emerged and is an effective opposition. So long as there is feuding, rivaling or competing agenda that is enough check. We are a presidential system. Case in point the VAT bill - voices spoke for and against the government. KQ JKIA takeover is another; - Any governmental ideas or motions are receiving adequate interrogation from MPs and more importantly the public.

There is nothing like tanga tanga my friend - those 25mps are pro-Jubilee - and other were usual pro-ODM & 2017 orphans floored by their opponents (Ngunjiri & Mwaura & Maoke - plus likes of Kamanda & the 2017 losers).
Uhuru assured Ruto that 2012 plans were intact....so expect political noise to go down.
Uhuru is getting love because he is now back on the fold...and poor Raila & ODM are going to be worried lot.
