Btw, I thought it was a wall but all we have is a fence.

If there was to be ever a serious fight against graft - it would begin from HARAMBEE house - not directed from there.

It would begin from security & interior docket that get HUGE OPAQUE allocations.

These other ones are very "hard" to steal.

Interior & security - they actually cart off money. We are still buying guns and other arsenals 3 times the market prices.

Kibicho is currently running all over about a MIS that they have allocated dozen of billions. These billion mark thugs are s cocky even for an MIS that  can easily be made by a class 8 pupil in India. Walls and dams are quite a hassle.
