Title: Another jubilee failed project which Pundito defended
Post by: Pajero on February 23, 2019, 11:10:37 AM
President Uhuru Kenyatta’s grand plan to ensure Kenya’s food security is in jeopardy now that construction of a Sh7.2 billion Galana Kulalu model farm that was part of the project has stalled.

Kenya now risks losing Sh5.9 billion already paid to the Israeli company that was contracted to build the farm. This money constitutes 80 per cent of the entire sum dedicated to the project.

Investigations by the Saturday Nation have revealed the contractor, Green Arava, has downed tools for several months now, despite multiple promises to resume work.

PAYMENTS

Experts say if the works are not completed and all required equipment not installed, the billions spent will go to waste.

Pundit will defend anything that Jubilee initiates although all fingers point in direction failure.
Jubileee projects are only initiated from the point of view, what is my cut in the whole deal. That this project was going nowhere was obvious from day one. Funny thing even Ruto who bought a doctorate in agro business the other day seems not concerned about this project.

A version of this project could have worked but jubilee government can't do anything right . This private company is excelling by implementing what the project was suppose to be https://www.theeastafrican.co.ke/business/Kenya-sugar-firm-banks-on-technology-for-market-takeover/2560-4847674-qvxdo/index.html

We are all patriots here otherwise we would not bother discussing topics that have to do with Kenya. People can use their leisure time posting on instagram.
I think everyone here would like to see projects succeeding in Kenya but I see many issues which are just overlooked and our top guys only interested in their cut out of the deal than the real issue.
