No wonder he never made it to the top and will never make it. Why does he have to bootlick? Is he so desperate?

If you told me before 2017(2013 even) that he did not make it to the top because he did not control the servers, I would have laughed in your face.

 Very desperate and broke..and kambas governor's want to his ukambani cheese.That opportunist would remove the term limits if it favor his short term bid like he joined kibaki in 2007 and gave pnu legitimacy
