I find it puzzling, how even wealthy Kenyans will not simply retire and give room to others.  Why does Awori need this job?

These people have no other lives than rallies, useless conferences, meetings and stealing public resources. Running your business for 2-5 years in a crazy Mwafrika business environment while you are used to mali ya umma previleges, will definitely leave you begging like Kalonzo to be kijana ya mkono even with your grandkids idling. 

Looking at Moi hosting politicians makes me be convinced that Awori pestered Uhuru for a job.

Can't even imagine Uhuru defended the appointment "because my administration has faced a lot of corruption." Why can't he appoint Moody to EACC instead, assuming Moody is clean?
