EM??? makes an interesting point. But what exactly were Africans like Maasai, Kalenjin, Kikuyu, Luo, Luhyas etc eating before mzungu showed up? I am thinking it's just some form of posho(or mush) and some meat(or fish) and vegetables. The meat was either grilled or boiled. I find Naija - really West African - food to have been a more elaborate affair.
