Title: TIVET the next big thing

It going to wake up many sleeping market centers. One near our home is already boosting more than 1,500 kids. 40 and even 50yr old are abandoning farming to rush to TIVET - it's free and one get 40K HELB loan.

Let us kill the universities and the noisy graduates. Money is for mega dams and SGR.
