I support the idea! Nairobi is too complex to be a County. We should emulate the USA on this

What is too complex about Nairobi. The horse already bolted. These ideas would have been great in 2010 but now positions have been entrenched and Nairobi stakeholders will not accept to lose this.

In short I don't see how this constitution can be amended easily.

I don't understand the thinking behind that.  But I would think a more intriguing idea would be to gut the national government.  By eliminating parliament at the national level altogether.  The MP's will then focus on the county level pushing out the MCAs.  The Senate would be the only national representative body.
