That's an idiotic rant not supported by any evidence. The whole idea of gerrymandering is to get more republicans in the house by removing blacks from a district. This is done so because blacks reliable vote democrats. Spanish are not so reliable because they sometimes vote republican and sometimes even check Caucasian when completing forms. The Democrats strategy Obama coalition which has been working but did not work for Hilary because she is a centrist is to keep blacks as their base, and combine that with minorities, white women, educated white folks and young whites who are repelled by the far right wing agenda. Eventually the conservative white rural Americans who support the rethuglicans will dwindle and become a minority. Time is on the side of the Dems unless the rethuglicans become more moderate.

The gerrymander has extended the Republican's lifespan beyond its natural limits. Both sides have used it, but the Republican use of it has been more brazen and widespread. It works by splitting up Democratic voters in an inefficient way. That and outright voter purges. Nobody should expect white supremacy to go quietly without a fight.

Gerrymandering is not an issue...gop at local level has almost all state capitals under its control. Latinos and asians vote for gop locally
