The social network, which has been under fire for facilitating foreign interference in U.S. politics, has found that domestic actors have also been creating fake pages and accounts to attract people with shocking political news, the way they have in the past with celebrity news or health news. Their motivation is mostly financial, the company said.......

There is no way to stop fake news - online and offline. The question that pops up on Facebook is what is on your mind which can be anything. How can then Facebook pretend that it knows what is fake.

Ironical for instance that groups and accounts posting about mythical jesus won't be touched but some which say Trump is antichrist will fall.

If certain posters here were in FB a number of us would have been banned for outing those global warming propagandists. Like Jubilee nyapara supervising Raila communication. Humans always have an element of mixing truth and error so it's up to the listener to separate wheat from chaff.

Generally one does not sound very intelligent when they refer to Jesus as mythical
in fact it points to some level of stupidity

I agree going by belief in mythical Jesus, Mwafrika is a genius who walked to Mars million years back and now basking in glory of heaven as NASA morons struggle to figure it out.
