What do they use to build these bridges? How does anyone justify using 150 million shilling to build a footbridge considering no expense on land? These guys are out for finishing the country with uhuru..

That's why they have to float new tender for work knowingly omitted.

For 1 footbridge these guys are spending an amount that can build 3 secondary school size of mbagathi. ......This is insane, country on fire sale, may the last person out of Kenya switch the lights off.

They are generally expensive..sigiri cost 1b
..mombasa roads was around 180m..and so was thika road.Without a engineer or qs here..we really cant tell..these are kind of skills critics or auditors need
