A cattle dip comittee has more mandate than Raila & Uhuru thing. Uhuru obviously knows this - treasury is having problem allocating funds to it - maybe Internal security will squeeze funds for it - but it really is Uhuru Mpango wa Kando.

Akuot is stlll smarting from the defeat at the polls. Worse is that Raila sneaked between him and his closest contender so he can't even claim opposition leader title. Instead of issuing statements he should go to court (Martha karua style). Who knows? Maybe Kenyans will benefit in the end.

No one cares about building bridges to no where....Nothing will ever come out of that, this was a simple exit strategy for raila after taking blood money. The struggle to liberate the country continues now we need Economic freedom Fighters, EFF
