He seems pretty brutal.  First the idea of using the army to settle politics is terrible.  But they have already tasted their power, so that genie may already be out of the bottle.  It looks it's radio silence from their IEBC.  Probably awaiting further instructions from the army.

Like in Kenya, presidential elections in Zimbabwe is a waste of time and resources. People must come up with a better and lethal way to kick out electoral thieves but not via ballot. Waste time.
