Title: Rwanda terracotta tile roof rural houses are really unique - Kudos to Belgians?

It makes rural Rwanda incredibly beautiful together with it's crazy hills.Sadly it appears that technology is disappearing and Rwandese are starting to use ugly iron sheet like you find everywhere in Africa. If not grass-thatch.

I wonder why the colonoliast didn't spread it elsewhere in Africa.

In Kenya the Asbestos Industybody bribed everyone in the Building and Construction to recommend the poison. Government only started using tiles when USAID hired private (mzungu) architects / consultants to work with NHC and Ministry of Housing to recommend the houses that would push Kenya in to the Housing Market (which Kikuyu Spokesman HK) usually erroneously attributed to the Private Sector!
