I also thought he was genuine but seeing how he shared the money like it was looted makes it doubtful. Why withdraw large sums of cash like NYS.

Mburu is just another thief. Nobody would distribute hard earned cash like that.

Mburu's explanation that the frozen funds had been subject of court process for so long and so when it was released by court he hurriedly took it out before someone could put another injunction is not adequate an explanation. If your dealings are above board, you should not fear that what is yours will be taken away from you. On that account I am with you. This old man should grilled.

Mburu looks like Morgan Freeman's twin. For that I have a soft spot for him

Looking at the loops he jumped to get the money, plus the history of his claim on the land, Jubilee will have nightmares recovering anything from him.

This is another AngloLeasing; everything is rotten but done within the law

When thika road bypass was done same thing happened. In githunguri there is a man that got paid over 200 million for small plot I think that was 40 by 60.

This criminality is what made gachagua a billionaire. He was a crooked quantity surveyor of land surveyor. The bugger put claims on lands in Riverside, land reserved in Nairobi, he made his big money by conning govt under pretense of renovating kicc. He was paid 0ver 120 million over 25 years ago.

The amount of corruption is staggering and my grandma is being asked to pay higher taxes every year while these people enjoy the money they stole.

The man in githunguri built 60 apartments with some of this money. I really regreted that my parents went to que and vote for jubilee. When I get a chance to come back there I am selling every thing I own and will only now visit until when my parents die and that is the last I will visit the damn country.

Gachagua and imprahim maina are two marverick that really know how to milk the govt

Maybe we should have gone TZ and Ethiopia way - leasehold.

Uhuru needs to be brutal till all thieves run out of the country. He should now raid law firms. For law firms I won't let advise him to smash and grab

No. That is an ideology TZ and Ethopia chose. Those worked for them not because they are superior ideologies to others. Nay, they worked because the leaders were honest selfless people who put unity of the country ahead of personal gain.

Kenya could have done well first and foremost if tribalists of your type and calibre stop this mtu wetu mind-set syndrome and get a road to Damascus moment like you got when the significance of the entire KPLC leadership being hauled before court dawned on you. Hope you get my point loud and clear.

Mkhwasi,

You pity him coz he is old and grey but you only need a cursory  glance at the whistle blower's raw 42-page affidavit (not depend on a media report who water it down) and you will change your mind and dislike the conniving, cheating ways of old men. Read and weep!

Sorry it tells me, it is over max allowable size. 10MB pdf. @Veritus upgrade with the times please.  :(

Mukhwasi what I meant is going for Francis when Matiangi oversaw the payments is more like going after banks reeiving proceeds of NYS scam and no head rolls at NYS
