It means longevity doesn't necessary impact productivity..

Even Mwafrika with urbanization and limited pensionable jobs has no option. Even old folks in the villages have to tend their crops and few animals.

Yeah is up to corporate America to change the schedule to accommodate these old heads..my oldman is still working 10 hours a day at 82 years
