I didn't realize he killed more than 500'000 Ethiopians. No wonder there such an influx of refugees in Kenya from Ethiopia. I being told that Djibouti held millions of freeing Ethiopians. The idiot spent his last year's fighting with eriteria.
Every household in Ethiopia lost someone during the war.
He was like moi after coup. He rounded anyone and was so paronoid that most of those killed were low level rebels.

That period most africa or 3rd world leaders were equally savage. It came with territory. We are luckly in Kenya to have escaped the curse of leadership that wasn't prepared to take over from mzungu.
