Trump has picked another ultra-conservative to replace retiring SCOTUS Justice Tony Kennedy. Brett Kavanaugh is a classic Rethug - anti-immigration, gays & LGBT, abortion & women rights, etc. Is it bye bye liberal SCOTUS? Do you really not see the impact of bitmask, Kichwa Mbaya, MOON Ki, e al's obsession with Raila, Ruto and Zamunda affairs while leaving the real matters to the deplorables?? :-\ :(

He is doing so much damage it’s hard to keep up. There is reasonable speculation that this new guy is his insurance against Mueller. He thinks a president should not even be investigated while in office.
November if Dems win, they should win big. They have the numbers, but GOP has the rig and busy tweaking it. The only way to erase the damage by GOP of decades of tradition is by the next Dem President expanding the SCOTUS. Otherwise the US will end with an extremist court with a world view straight from the 13th century.

I have an article that I have to read on Kavanaugh. I know he worked for Bush, so he is part of the old establishment. I think he might not be the most extreme right person but, these conservatives are not trustworthy. We cannot take the progress that took place with 8 years of Obama for granted.

Hehe. It's a brief bio of the Right Wing power broker. The stuffing of SCOTUS with proper conservatives is a real travesty. I only agree with Rethugs on security and handling external goons like Iran and ISIS. Not on my rights, taxes, welfare, health, etc and most local issues. I pray Dems take the House in Nov.
