Guys... I'm in a bit of a dilemma... you see I wrote this paper last year I thought no-one would read. Just a run of the mill pre-print research paper but then this movie came out about the issue. I just checked the email I never check and there's like hundreds of emails from peeps wanting to interview me for my pre-print.... fck. I haven't been in a situation where I'd need to deal with a paparazzi. I have no interest in being interviewed or have fans (groupies and journal editors) asking me when am I going to release my next paper or be the face of blabla. Research isn't my day job.
If I just ignore it all, would that be ok? Last thing I need is some hobnob track me down and harass me at work or home, or God forbid, end up giving a talk on TedX about an issue I have zero expertise in. :-\

No. I will remain anonymous and do whatever I want. I'm a free bird. From now on I shall use an alias to publish my papers. It's better that way. I have too much pain to deal with, fame is like falling in love. It will destroy me.
