The lastest reports indicate that Uhuru Kenyatta has ordered the Procurement Officers to proceed on compulsory leave despite a court order against it.
That means whatever process that will go on will be illegal and once completed the courts will declare it null & void and resinstate the officers. This happened with the various cases of "impeachment" of governors where the senate defied court orders only to see their work declared a nullity.
Good luck Uhuru Kenyatta.

The guy never did anything for five years and everyone took it as a sign to steal. Now that everything is collapsing he is trying to close the barn after the cows are all gone. Start with ETHICS REFORM to include himself.

Uhuru Kenyatta is not fighting corruption. He is creating the appearance of fighting it.
