I observed what my colleagues were eating today... the guys in my office are ALL on a diet and work out at the gym.
One is on a ketogenic diet and I watched him slurp his butter for lunch.
One is just a low carbs guy and he proceeded to open a can of tuna and slurped it down.
One is vego and explained to me why he had to microwave his greens because they were the exotic type.
One doesn't eat and he told me he doesn't eat.

I tried all of those. I did tried the 40 day water fast but had to stop on the 31 day because “real hunger” set in. I actually enjoyed it after 21 days-more energy and clarity. Ketogenic diet is crazy-it’s almost all fat and veges, zero fruits or carbs or dairy and very little protein. It’s not sustainable. Vegan now- enjoying it.
