The audience should have busted out laughing uncontrollably when he made that statement. Under the definition of corruption, they should just have Ruto's picture.

He is running for president as if the election is next year. He wants to scare all the other candidates away that he has this locked up. Some think this is a great strategy. The problem I see is that he may scare those who hate him to unify their resources against him. Peeking too soon and making yourself a target is usually not a very good strategy in any long distance race. He better pray his name does not come up in any of these scandals or else his enemies will have a field day. His Achilles heels is "corruption", his enemies (and they are many) are looking at that soft spot to pop up and they have between now and 2022 to put together a political or legal case against him on corruption.
