An American is not expected to NOT see America with rose tinted glasses.  It's a big problem.  How do you fix what you don't think needs fixing?  Same attitude is responsible for many "intractable" issues like healthcare, gun violence etc.  Because America cannot be seen to learn from others.

-Muslim immigrants have to work very hard to prove they are Americans. I can finger 911 as the cause.
-Negroes who protest are ‘ungrateful’ ala Colin Kaepernick

The trigger is a more accurate description.  The underlying animus of the other has always been present.  Her Muslim background certainly did not help.  But the shock at introspection of America's role in bad things, would still be elicited even if she were white.  Maybe they would question patriotism as opposed to nationality.

Prior to 911, the worst attack had been the Oklahoma City bombing by a white supremacist.  Of course, this had zero impact on how these folks view themselves.  Post 911, you have more to fear from a random white supremacist or mentally disturbed person with easier access to a gun than a bottle of beer, on American streets, than a jihadi.  Does that change anything?  Nope.

There is not even an acknowledgment that America has a gun problem.

For the Negro, it boils down to simple racism.  He is a pain in the butt because he has been around all along, even before independence.  You can't just dismiss him but you can sure hate him.

Trumpistan 7 minute speech blamed mental illness, nothing on guns

Back to this girl. America needs more and more of her to embarrass idiots in suits and heavy make up

Termie,
This disease is more widespread than Obesity

There is genuine ignorance and brainwashing, no hate like that Iranian woman clip.  Then there is Fox News.  With Laura Ingraham you are wading into klan territory.  Between her and Sean Hannity, it's racist heaven.  Then there is Tucker Carlson.  Is Fox News still watchable?  I haven't switched to that channel in a good while.  If I catch someone watching it, I become very cautious around them or avoid them altogether.  They have a pretty toxic take on things.

When I want to while my time away with American junk, I read New York Times and Washington Post. I can’t even tell you the Fox website. In fact I just renewed my WaPo subscription. $1 a week is a good deal.

I’ve heard Fox is rabidly pro-Trump than even Breibart but WaPo and NY Times are not any better in opposing him.

Take the 13 Russians indictment. Trump was basically a pawn and nobody colluded with the Russians,at least so far. The indictment is a terrible disappointment to anti-Trumpistan gang. Yet instead of admitting this, they sheepishly shift to  Trump obstruction &/ denial while clinging on to some hope that somebody will be fingered.

Same care here. It doesn’t matter what good Uhunye does, some will rather die before they admit it.

From that perspective, Fox is not exactly an oddball

I don't know that Trump is in trouble for collusion.  El Trumpo's biggest worry is money laundering.  Muller has leeway to investigate any dead bodies he finds during this brief even if they have nothing to do with collusion.

Fox is a mess.  Watch it if you get a chance.

Good to know that you are paying for stuff that can be easily had for free.  It helps maintain the quality.

The reason you don’t know is because there was no collusion much as his detractors may wish

I tried all means of getting past the paywall and I couldn’t. If you could be kind enough you may want to help me out. At the very least I feel good the subscriptions and the extremely few apps I pay for being about the ONLY legit things I can’t escape. Otherwise movies, stolen ebooks, cracks, modded apps are my staple

Both New York Times and WaPo allow you to read a limited number of copies every month for free.  Whenever you see that, it simply means you can read as many as you can, as long as they don't remember you.  So if you use the incognito browsing, you can basically access them for free all the time.  But like I said, it's good to pay, that way they maintain their quality.

Can you try and make it complicated so I don’t look naive?
