How come PSVs are able to speed even with speed governors :-\ :-\ :-\?
The govt can not punish everyone just because traffic police fail to enforce laws... I am for the ban if only to allow police come up with a better system of doing their jobs, but nothing but same old crap over and over again - Groundhog day.
