It's on the Atlantic coast.  C'mon, Pakerpen.

There is quite a bit of a blame going on.  But in 90 days, there will be water lines in this relatively world class city.

OOps!!! I stand corrected.
Still they can desalinate the Atlantic Ocean water and use it.
BTW Trump does not have any critical thinking skills - yet he claims to be a genius.

Rain is a free desalination method. We just need to invest in water harvesting - too much water goes to waste back into the oceans and seas.
