That sounds crazy. In America you can express anything. I think there is something about fighting words that's not protected. But even that is difficult to prosecute.

Quite difficult. In fact, anyone who "molests" him/her on the basis of "offensive words" better have a good case.

Article says she had an outstanding warrant for fraud.
Now she's the one trying to twist the story saying it's cause of the decal.
