They have manual backups as well as digital copies of manual backups in warehouses within Nairobi.
Different lawyers also.
-
A good criminal is always prepared and learns from previous experience. Their "preparedness" only points to the conspiracy of the criminality committed.
This is good.

Yeap this time round they seem to have covered all bases. NASA used lies last time but this time they learnt their lessons. And have dumped everything. Opened all the servers. This one is going to be hard for Wakora 4.
This is probably the lesson IEBC have learnt - next time install CCTV cameras in HQ including toilets - and in every polling stations.
The sore losers will never accept a thorough dog beating if they don't check IEBC toilets on regular basis.
-
Still doesn't negate the fact that there was massive electoral fraud.
-
Ahmednassir is giving it to wakora 4; That is brave; 98% of the last decision made on interlocutory order - scrutiny report of Nyaikai.
That was bad law :)
-
The electoral fraud has massive legal represenatation ...wololo. This is a large group of criminals. But truth shall previal.
-
Raila the 4th petitioner is itching to have a go but he "withdrew".
-
You are still stuck in the old days. NASA moved on a long time ago and the outcome of this trial will have very little impact on on its next political move.

Yeah NASA moved on to a virtual country where they will swear Raila PORK. You guys are hilariously delusional. It like mass psychosis. That is what happen when you allow senile old man to lead you. When you wake up - opposition role will be waiting for you! The sooner is you start on constructive opposition the faster kenyans will take you seriously as alternative..otherwise WSR boy is sleep walking to PORK.

Petition - To strike out Raila from the petition.
Rules 9 - Raila - filled a new petition under guise of responding to it.

So why ar they busy trying to be enjoined?

I am not closely following the process. So my answer might overlook important information. But it seems to me that NASA ought to shit on the jubilant head whenever they get a chance. Good strategy should never ignore opportunism.
By the way, is Njoki Ndungu still in court? Can't she just go and polish her judgment, now that she has shown up and made quorum? Or does quorum need to be continuous throughout the hearing?

It depends on what you say. No?

NASA kicked out - leaving the fumbling civil society lawyers to argue the case.

Thus could play into NASA hands very easily depending on how it's argued. It helps drive the point that many were disenfranchised. Then we have the violence bit.
-
You mean SCORK will empathise with them to annual or you mean this some "bonga" points for NASA. I think the price now is for CJ Maraga to swear Uhuru on 28th Nov. That the main price for Jubilee. I don't know if NASA are hoping the fumbling civil society lawyers will win them another 3rd chance :) which they will proceed to boycott :)

Maraga should throw away the petitions by tomorrow. You show me middle finger, I show you too.
-
Yap. They showed him middle finger and have shown they are not interested in fresh elections - but extra-judicial means to get power. These naive judges were taken to cleaners.

I also have a "feeling" about Maraga. Having earned himself a name he will not be keen to nullify Uhuru's election a second time. That way he can go home proud and alive still. I don't blame him. To quote.

I think Marage is afraid to annul Uhuru's reelection a second time. That might not sit well with Kikuyus and their allies.

This wariah is killing it. IEBC should keep this guy. A lawyer who understands technology.

Is he repeating the remarks he made about SCOK when he lost last time?
-
This is not Ahmednassir but IEBC lawyer
-
Ok. The case will not be won mostly on the strength of lawyer's arguments but on threats, intimidation and sheer desire to stay alive.

Abuse of the law - criminality in general - has been very rewarding to the jubilant.

Yep, I've been baffled by the unwavering support for these from the jubilidiot. Miguna thinks their minds are polluted.
