This exercise?  Not seen any.  I'll keep looking.  But the way it looks, a jubilant, in addition to his love for snuff and liquor, is a near perfect voter.  Almost all spoiled votes are created by the NASA voter.

I am reliably informed that Ekuru Aukot, the main challenger, has come in ahead of spoiled votes.  There is always a first time for everything.
