Title: Voting day - low turn out so far but voting ongoing except in Luo Nyanza

Look like IEBC will have to invoke section 54/55 and postpone election in Nyanza as they face NRM :) rebels armed with stones and old tires.

Any violence in non-Luo NASA areas? -Ukambani, Western, Coast, Turkana?
