Title: Desperado files appeal against inclusion of Aukot - 2 days to election

ODM files appeal at the Court of Appeal against inclusion of presidential candidate Ekuru Aukot in repeat poll set for Thursday.

And yet Raila their candidate had supported Aukot inclusion :D :D

Hehe. We will move out of this nonsense very soon. Probably with a Supreme Court finality. Hopefully some people learn democracy.

We will go into secession nonsense after that - SCORK are responsible for this mess - there was nothing wrong with last election - before someone decide to look at "processes" when no one had impugned the results.

Secession talk will expose the real grievance: it's our turn to rule and democracy is inferior to this ambition.

Not so much our turn to rule, but it's time to break free of the tyranny rule and bondage for the last 55 years.
